The objective of the strategic visits is learn about the "in house" organization of key companies in the real estate sector and discover good business practices. During the visits, the host companies give different presentations of their business models and discussions are organized among all attendees on good business practices and relevant KPIs that help to visualize and structure their business model.< /p>

On this occasion, CSIM members traveled to Madrid to visit the headquarters of inmho who presented the proposal for the evolution of the traditional business model of estate administration and also the offices of IESA who presented their bid for digital transformation, starting with the offices professionals to continue with the digitization of the entire sector.< /p>
